It’s encouraging to see signs of recovery in Canada’s housing market—resales are picking up, inventory levels are steady, and price declines are slowing. While RBC predicts we might see a dip in sales and prices in 2026, the outlook for 2027 is brighter, with modest improvements expected as pent-up demand and improved affordability come into play.
